Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return your Levitating Moon Lamp, please review the following policy.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be submitted in writing to hello@originalmoonstore.com.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned goods must be:

• In unused and original condition

• Complete with all original packaging, accessories, and components

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the item is not returned in a resalable condition.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If the item is received faulty or damaged, we will provide either:

• A replacement item, or

• A full refund

In such cases, no return shipping fee will be charged. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic or video evidence to support the claim.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns (No Fault Found)

If the product is returned for reasons other than a fault or defect, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

• Return shipping fee: £5.65 (Royal Mail tracked services)

• This amount will be deducted from the refund.

5. Refunds

A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Processing times are typically 3–5 working days, excluding bank processing delays.
